Warren County Bicentennial Celebration — North Warren
The North Warren Bicentennial Committee is having its Warren County Bicentennial Celebration on Saturday, August 24th! Festivities will be held at the Old Pottersville Fairground on Route 9 in Pottersville from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m.
A parade dedicated to the Bicentennial Celebration will kick events off at 1:00 p.m. The parade will be a tribute to 200 years of history and include four divisions, four marching bands, floats, antique cars, trucks and more! The parade route will begin at the Pottersville Volunteer Fire Department and travel north on Valley Farm Road to Route 9, with Grandstand viewing at the Wells House, and ending at the Fairground.
Following the parade, festivities at the 1880s Fairground in Pottersville include continuous music, over 60 displays and historical exhibits, demonstrations, crafts, Shriner’s clowns, rides for the kids, food vendors and more. Fireworks at dusk will bring the day’s celebration to a conclusion.
